Shipping & Delivery
Every WITOLDI order is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During exceptionally busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we'll let you know.
Standard Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $70 or more. For orders under $70, standard shipping is $8.
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.
Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your destination and reflect the faster shipping method selected.
Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at hello@witoldi.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
